By creating an account or using Accounta, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Description of Service
Accounta provides tools for browser activity monitoring, content blocking, and sharing that activity with people you choose as accountability partners. The service is designed to support personal accountability and family protection.

Accounta is a transparency and accountability tool only. It is not:
- A substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
- A guarantee that you or anyone else will change their behavior.
- Foolproof or impossible to bypass (a determined user with administrative access to a device can disable or circumvent monitoring).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accounta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
